Craig Winograd
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Craig Winograd is a network administration expert who has spent more than 20 years in the reseller channel integrating Citrix and other Cloud computing products to Fortune 100-1000 companies across the U.S. and South America. He owns and operates Winning Information Technologies Group, Inc. (a computer systems integration company in Boca Raton, FL) working with the small/medium business market. Craig specializes in high-level network design, implementation, analysis, architecture and systems management.
Craig started his career by building and repairing IBM and compatible computer systems in his dorm room at Florida Atlantic University. Later he worked for Office Depot to develop the first online kiosk for ordering business cards. His career followed with Citrix Systems in (Coral Springs, FL) and WYSE Technology, Inc. (San Jose, CA) where he worked with the leading experts in the emerging online community and with those responsible for the birth of Cloud & Thin Client Computing.

Peter Ward
CO-FOUNDER & CTO
Peter Ward is a dynamic innovator with more than 30 years’ experience in software development. He and his team have developed applications in the healthcare, education, non-profit, government, e-commerce, media, customs brokerage, direct mail, claims adjustment, real estate and construction sectors.
He began his career working for Burroughs Computers as a computer engineer, servicing mainframe computers, later holding positions at various companies, gaining new skills and knowledge–eventually progressing from Cobol programming to becoming an architect of today’s disruptive technologies. A native South African, he is passionate about his lifelong involvement with the non-profit sector and has traveled to more than 40 countries in his quest to better the quality of life for the less privileged.

Barby Zúñiga Ward
VP Operations & Business Development
Barby enjoys cultivating business relationships that align with the values of the tech company she helps to run. She currently oversees her company’s business development and operations as COO. She is also a creative and cofounder of a communications boutique. Barby has a special affinity for the nonprofit sector having begun her work with non-profits at the age of 19, distributing educational books internationally. She has traveled to over 30 nations, and is a native Spanish and English speaker.

Deborah Winograd
VP Finance & Community Relations
Deborah is a highly experienced superintendent of recreation, having worked for the same Florida city for over 30 years, rising through the ranks. She oversees the department’s finances and budgeting, personnel and HR, program content and development, community relations, public information, and all facets of events and activities sponsored by the department. Deborah is deeply committed to community wellness.

Linda Ward
VP Communications & Strategy
Linda is CEO of her family’s tech company. She has worked with the business since 2006, starting as a payroll assistant. She is a highly creative thinker and is devoted to excellence. Linda holds both Business and English degrees and provides insightful analysis to all aspects of company operations. Entrepreneurship, community, and creativity are her passions. Linda is co-founder of Awkward Letters Co., a communications boutique.
